Is bowling a popular hobby?
Bowling is a very popular hobby in some parts of the world, some countries and cities. But, bowling is not a hobby for everyone. You often find that bowling is a popular hobby among young people and men.
What is bowling?
Bowling is a sport and a hobby in which you use a round, heavy ball to roll down a long, straight lane, to hit medium sized pins.
What is the objective of bowling?
The objective is to knock all of the pins down in one roll, which would give you a strike, and the maximum points for that roll.
How to bowl?
A player is given two rolls each turn, and each turn is called a “frame”. The bowling ball has three holes in which a player inserts their middle, ring and thumb fingers to roll it. There are different sized balls available, varying in weight, for the comfort of the player. After the ball is rolled down the lane, past the pins, it will go through a mechanical underground shoot, and be returned to the player in a machine next to their seats. The winner will be the player with the highest score. Your score each turn depends upon how many pins are knocked down.
