Badminton as a hobby

To many people, badminton is a game and a sport but there are people who play badminton for fun and as a hobby. There are many benefits of playing badminton, as well as other sports. Badminton is a form of exercise and it is not as strenuous as playing tennis or squash.

What is badminton? and how to play badminton?

Badminton is a racket game with the use of shuttlecock. Badminton is played by the two opposite players.

Each player strikes the shuttle cock with the use of the racket.

The shuttlecock will pass the net by striking the player. Once it falls, it can on longer be hit back by the opponent player. The player whom let the shuttlecock fall loses the point. The shuttlecock must also stay within the parameter of the badminton court or the player whom hit it out will lose the point and the score will be credited the opposite player.

Badminton is an easy game to play. It can be played by elementary students and young children as well as by adults. Through the years badminton became the international sport. Badminton was also played in the Olympic.

Some people payed badminton as part of their routine exercise. Badminton became more popular as a hobby because it can help people lose and burn fats. Badminton can also be played by with four people just like you can with tennis. This makes badminton a sociable game that is a great activity to enjoy with your friends and family. Badminton is an indoor hobby or sport.
