Answer: Home tattooing in Britain is illegal.
Of course, you may be happy to give yourself blood poisoning, but that’s up to you.
Obviously the tattooist who would allegedly tattoo anyone, even underage, said “No” to you, then?
(Still_Confused – he can’t get a professional tattooist to do the job, as he’s only 16 and it’s therefore illegal…)
