Question: where can i buy a toy car model kit?

preferably corvette. if not, some sport car.

besides a hobby shop. any local stores that are everywhere??

Answer: For some reason, model kits have gone ‘underground’. The big retail chains don’t carry them much anymore and if they do the selection is very limited – you’re more likely to find ready made die-cast vehicles than a plastic kit.

I know you said ‘besides hobby shops’ – but you’ll have much better luck there. Try Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, Hobby USA, etc.
