Yachting is both a hobby and a sport. It is the ultimate enjoyment of the sea.

Yachting is using a boat, with sails and engine or a combination of both to sail with the wind and the waves. The boat does not have to be of any particular size to be a yacht. Rather, it is the perception of the owner if a boat is a yacht. The yacht maybe fiberglass, wood, or other materials as long as it seaworthy.

Most people think that Yachting is a sport or hobby for the rich. However, in actual fact, Yachting is a sport for all income levels, it just depends on your involvement. For many yacht lovers, going on a yachting trip such as a yachting trip in Vancouver is a blissful experience. Lastly, yachting is not a sport of hobby for adults only, children can also participate in yachting.
